During the seminar, KING's Solution conducted a live demonstration of the Water Pulse Channel Cleaning Machine, showcasing its operational process. The accumulation of scale in mold waterways often leads to reduced equipment efficiency, unstable product quality, and even decreased production efficiency and increased defect rates. Scale issues can arise not only with general water quality but even with pure water. The Water Pulse Channel Cleaning Machine, with its highly efficient and automated features, has become an effective solution to this problem.
Traditional manual cleaning is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive but also places a significant physical burden on workers. The Water Pulse Channel Cleaning Machine can significantly reduce manual labor and automatically complete the cleaning process overnight, greatly enhancing cleaning effectiveness and production efficiency. Notably, if a pipe detaches unexpectedly during the cleaning process, the machine’s built-in multi-level water sensors will respond within 2 seconds to shut down the operation, ensuring a smart and water-saving cleaning process. Two Key Technical Highlights
Air-Water Mixed Flushing Technology
One of the core technologies of the Water Pulse Channel Cleaning Machine—the high-pressure air-water mixed flushing—was a major focus of the seminar. This technology is based on physical cleaning principles, entirely eliminating the need for chemical agents and thoroughly resolving wastewater discharge issues, greatly enhancing environmental benefits. To help the audience better understand this technology, we demonstrated a transparent mold, vividly showcasing the dynamic flow of water within the mold.
New Feature for 2024: Timed Automatic Drying
The webinar also highlighted the latest feature of the Water Pulse Channel Cleaning Machine—timed automatic drying. This function is specifically designed for precision molds, particularly suitable for high-demand fields such as medical equipment. After cleaning, the mold can be automatically dried, effectively preventing residual moisture from causing mold corrosion, thus extending the mold’s service life and providing reliable support for the precision manufacturing industry.
