Characteristic

of workpieces is also more convenient.
5. The blasting efficiency is much higher than the blasting machines without the cyclone.
6. Suitable for speed blasting of small-and-medium-sized workpieces for wire cutting molds, plastic molds and hard
wares.

GENERAL:
1. Automatic sand recycle. With foot pedal switch to control start and stop operation. Equipped with Shang Po's durable boron carbon blasting nozzles. With pressures at 0.5-7kgs.
2. Maximum blast media capacity: 25KG aluminum oxide or glass beads, sufficient for a long time operation.
3. The coarsest abrasive used by the machine: aluminum oxide 24#, steel shots 0.6mm.
4. The finest blast media used is 320#. (Custom made cyclone can reclaim micro abrasive up to 800#).
5. Blast controlling system: with 1/2” pressure regulator, water filter and solenoid valve can carry out a perfect control. Can meet the requirements of effective water/air filtering, pressure adjustment and stable injection.
6. Abrasive reclaiming pipe: adopts a 4-inch diameter rubber pipe, large flow and durable.
7. Filtering of blast media: with large screen for filtering the debris. Not only makes sure the quality of blast media but thereby reduces the rate of blocking the blasting device, achieving a smooth blasting process.
8. How to place and retrieve a workpiece: TM-R6 has two models available for the user to choose: front door model TM-R6F and side door model TM-R6S.
9. With a twin air-exchange hole design, able to proceed air-exchange rapidly and effectively during blasting. Not only makes the indoor visibility clearer but also eliminate dust pollution.
10. Patented cyclone can separate material between 150#-320# by micro-adjustment. Not only saves blast media, it can also provide strong and stable media flow. Its major function is to effectively separate abrasive and dust. Maintaining the coherence of the workpiece's surface roughness and more than 30% of the blast media can be saved compared to the machine without a cyclone. Consequently, inside the collecting bin can fine only useless dust and not reusable blast media.
11. Dust-collector: uses 1 HP blower. Both inlet and outlet pipes are 6" in diameter. Air exhaust is 16m3/min to make sure the air exchange rate can meet the requirements for the operation of the machine.
12. Filtering cloth of dust-collector: with a total of 16 pieces of filtering-cloth tubes with an overall filtering area of 3.6m2. The filtering cloth is made of twill.
13. Equipped with a large size dustbin to reduce the frequency of dust discharging operation.
14. Matching places of the machine are cut by computerized laser cutting machine. All the sizes are considerably accurate and standardized. As a result, it is a great convenience for parts exchange and additional accessories in the future.
15. The post-processing procedure for this machine is completed through temperatures as high as 150℃ for powder-coating treatment to meet the basic requirements for finish process and durability.
16. Equipped with an air-cleaning gun, not only for cleaning the workpiece but also preventing the loss of blast media from being brought out of the cabinet.
17. Any TM-R models are provided with a dust and waterproof fluorescent lamp set, for the prevention of blast media from breaking the bulb and endangering the safety of the operator.
