Characteristic

The low-pressure injection machine can replace traditional adhesive injection/molding processes by using a special heat-melt plastic material called Polyamide Hot melt. It can achieve low-pressure, low-bubble injection molding.

In the current electric and hybrid vehicles, various components such as wire harnesses, connectors, sensors, and microswitches require encapsulation through molding and injection to achieve waterproof and durable properties. In order to expedite the production of these delicate electronic parts, reduce environmental pollution, lower the probability of burrs, and enable the design of more refined and aesthetically pleasing products, the application of low-pressure injection machines in this industry is gradually increasing.

After years of cultivation, KINGs low-pressure machines have obtained CE certification. KINGs has also acquired five patents (Taiwanese utility models M496549, M525837, and M530471, Chinese utility models ZL201420646124.2 and ZL201420647977.8), making it the only one in Taiwan.

The entire machine is powered by air pressure and servo motor drive, saving energy and reducing carbon emissions.
It is convenient for use in general cleanrooms, cleanrooms, and laboratories.
Industrial computer with a LINUX core system, supporting multi-language switching on a PC base.
Can store 1000 sets of mold parameter settings.
The machine controller can be connected to the internet for direct online troubleshooting.
