FASTECH, a leading motion controller company from Korea, is set to launch its new CC-Link IE TSN-compatible stepping motor solutions in November 2025. These products are fully compatible with Mitsubishi Electric’s MELSEC iQ-R PLCs and support the Simple Motion function as well, delivering a total solution for Smart Factory automation.

Through close collaboration with Mitsubishi Electric, FASTECH is the first company to develop a complete CC-Link IE TSN-based stepping motor system, including motors, drives, and I/O modules. This achievement demonstrates FASTECH’s commitment to driving open network integration and industrial innovation.

The upcoming product lineup includes:

• Ezi-SERVO: Closed-loop stepping system with high precision and no hunting
• Ezi-STEP: Microstepping solution supporting CiA402
• Ezi-IO: Digital and analog input/output modules

All products are engineered to seamlessly connect to Mitsubishi PLCs via CC-Link IE TSN, enabling synchronized multi-axis control, real-time monitoring, and modular configuration flexibility—essential features for smart manufacturing.

FASTECH’s technical excellence has been officially recognized by Mitsubishi Electric. The company’s products are now:

• Featured in the Mitsubishi Servo System Partner Catalog (2025 edition)
• Listed in the MX Controller Catalog as partner devices
• Included in official Japanese and English manuals, with detailed connection guidance spanning over 10 pages
• Certified through CLPA’s conformance testing, and the developed products received Class B certification

FASTECH’s Ezi-SERVOII CC-Link IE TSN systems have also been internally evaluated by Mitsubishi for integration with MELSEC iQ-R Motion Units, ensuring verified compatibility and performance. Moreover, Simple Mode functionality is fully supported, enabling user-friendly setup for both experienced engineers and entry-level users.

To facilitate market adoption, FASTECH is preparing test samples for distribution to Mitsubishi’s domestic and overseas branches and distributors. These samples will allow engineers to easily evaluate the system before mass production begins in 2026.

In addition, FASTECH has recently expanded its local presence in Japan by establishing FASTECH JAPAN in Nagoya, strategically located within 20 minutes of Mitsubishi’s Nagoya Works. This enables prompt technical support, localized cooperation, and agile collaboration with Japanese partners.
