These advanced products significantly enhance the conveying efficiency of tin cans, aluminum cans, glass containers, and PET bottles.

With 56 years of experience in the conveyor industry, Show Hop founder Mr. Lin Fen emphasized that the new generation DRY-PT and PSX lubrication-free conveyor belts from Regal Rexnord require no additional lubricants. DRY-PT is designed for high-speed transport of PET and plastic bottles, while PSX is engineered for glass bottles, tin, and aluminum cans. These materials offer a stable low coefficient of friction, low noise, minimal dust, extended wear life, energy savings, and easy cleaning—aligning with global trends in environmental protection and carbon reduction. This innovation reduces operational costs and increases profitability for manufacturers.

The DRY-PT is a plastic composite material developed specifically for PET bottle conveyance, whereas PSX is tailored for metal cans and glass bottles. By significantly reducing friction between the conveyor chain and conveyed items, these lubrication-free materials greatly diminish dependence on lubricants, extend chain life, and—when paired with ULF wear pads—help reduce energy consumption and lower noise levels during high-speed curve operation.
