In a new era where global supply chains demand both resilience and efficiency, Taiwan Otobro Technology Co., Ltd. On June 27, 2025, at the Otobro Lab Testing Center, otobro officially launched its next-generation autonomous warehousing system — the HaiPick Climb (HPC) solution — alongside four major automation technologies, including a four-way shuttle, compact vertical sorter, and ARB sorter, drawing participation from key customers and system integrators across the electronics, e-commerce, and pharmaceutical logistics industries.
One Robot, Lateral and Vertical Movement — Redefining Warehousing Design Logic
Developed by Hai Robotics (Shenzhen, China), the HPC system is exclusively represented in Taiwan by otobro, which further enhances it with modular deployment structures tailored to local applications. The system features the world’s first "high-speed climbing 3D mobility design," allowing a single robot to freely move on the ground, climb vertically, and navigate curves and arcs — breaking the traditional limitation where warehouse robots could only move in straight lines or straight lifts. With storage density reaching up to 30 bins per square meter, track heights up to 12 meters, and a robot weight of just 75 kg, the system enables upgrades in traditional warehouses without altering the original floor infrastructure. Installation cycles are reduced to under three months, delivering over 30% faster deployment compared to conventional systems.

Algorithm-Driven Efficiency — Three-Year ROI Within Reach
Otobro is more than a hardware vendor — it is a leading provider of end-to-end automated warehousing solutions. The HPC system integrates the HAIQ intelligent dispatching platform, applying algorithms such as simultaneous replenishment and picking, heat-based bin optimization, and 3D obstacle avoidance. These functions reduce robot fleet size by over 20% and boost single-unit efficiency by up to 30%, cutting energy and labor waste dramatically. It is estimated that full return on investment (ROI) can be achieved within three years. Otobro also engineered user-friendly workstations and picking walls to streamline human-machine collaboration. With just five simple steps — Pick, Scan, Check, Place, Confirm — workers can complete a pick task in under 10 seconds, minimizing training time and maximizing productivity.

Entering Cold Chain & ESG Markets — From Efficiency to Sustainability
The HPC system has already been successfully deployed in European fashion e-commerce and Asian pharmaceutical logistics centers, with expansion underway into front-end semiconductor processes, cold chain logistics, and ESG-compliant supply chains. Otobro is also co-developing a real-time carbon emission monitoring module with partners to help enterprises improve carbon transparency while achieving operational efficiency.
