It is hard to adapt WIP material management to audit and inventory check. iPASP MES can allocate material from ERP, split materials into small packages and assign a new barcode to the small packages. Scan the barcode (or IC card) for deduction and verification for collection or inventory check. iPASP MES triggers ERP for allocation
and storage of the remaining material.
Bluetooth Digital Measurement Integrated E-form-
The portable work reporting machine used in iPASP MES supports
Bluetooth and WiFi. It connects to measurement devices via the MES
system, e.g. Bluetooth caliper, machine readings, three-dimensional
machine, quick check machine and optical inspector. The tested value will be displayed on the panel immediately to reduce labor work.
