Characteristic

 

1. It has motion monitoring (Watchdog) to prevent misoperation and has high accuracy.
2. Full digital setting input, adjustment and correction, improve the convenience of weighing machine indicator instrument installation.
3. It can drive 8 load cells connected in parallel to directly sense large-scale full electronic scales.
4. With a high display resolution of 1/15000, the A/D conversion speed reaches 100 times per second.
5. With FLASH MEMORY, even in the case of power failure No data will be lost.
6. All function settings and weight parameters are stored in EEPROM, and the storage period can reach more than 40 years.
7. According to different use occasions, the strength of digital filter can be adjusted to filter out the influence of mechanical vibration in the use place, so as to achieve fast and accurate measurement.
8. Standard equipped with serial RS-485 1 group.
9. The standard configuration is a series 20 mA current loop【20mA CurrentLoop】, which can be connected to a large display.
10. The command mode can be set through the communication function so that BDI-2033 can use ASCII commands or MODBUS for weight control or calibration.
