Product Description
Class 0 insulation sheet is a flexible, closed-cell foam material made primarily from nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Through advanced foaming and extrusion processes, it forms a uniform, micro-cell structure that delivers excellent insulation, compression resilience, and long-term durability.

Designed to meet British Fire Safety Standard Class 0, the product has been tested under:
• BS 476 Part 7: Surface spread of flame (Class 1 or better)
• BS 476 Part 6: Fire propagation index (I ≤ 12, I₁ ≤ 6)

The material is flame-retardant, low-smoke, non-toxic, and offers outstanding resistance to moisture vapor and thermal transfer—making it ideal for high-performance insulation applications.
