SoftForce® Precision Force Control (High-Precision Force Control System), as one of the innovative core technologies of RobustMotion, represents the industry-leading level of high-precision force control systems. This technology utilizes an efficient model predictive control algorithm independently developed by RobustMotion, combined with a high-stiffness force sensor, achieving a control processing frequency of up to 10,000Hz, which means 10,000 calculations per second. Electric actuators equipped with SoftForce® can achieve a force control accuracy of up to ±0.01N (1‰), enabling precise control without overshoot even at high speeds.

Through real-time feedback and intelligent adjustment mechanisms, SoftForce® ensures smooth and accurate motion, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.
