IRIS CM™
The IRIS CM™ is the latest innovation in video-based asset condition monitoring. With the IRIS CM™, Motion Amplification® is a flexible and scalable solution that continuously monitors your equipment while you are away. This tool connects traditional vibration inputs and RDI’s patented video-based vibration measurements to ensure you never miss anything in your facility. Numerous cameras can be networked to capture simultaneous data and offer multiple views of a process, test, or piece of machinery. Leveraging a powerful 6 TB acquisition device, the IRIS CM™ can acquire and store HD data for each connected camera along with external sensor data from accelerometers, tachometers, and any 4-20 mA input. Users can trigger video and data recordings based on external inputs, virtual camera-based regions of interest, and thresholds for movement. The IRIS CM™ features live Motion Amplification® and the ability to quantify vibration, amplitude, phase, and frequency for anything visible in the recorded video. This product uniquely allows you to troubleshoot transient events and visualize your assets over longer periods of time like no tool has before. The IRIS CM™ does not have to be permanently mounted and does not have to touch any of your equipment. With the IRIS CM™, you now have to ability to see what is happening on your equipment 24/7 even when you are away.

MOTION MAPS： Show colorized image overlays of individual frequencies or overall motion.
TOP FREQUENCY FILTERING： Automatically determine frequencies of interest and create multiple filtered data sets with a single click.
NOTIFICATIONS： Email notifications from triggers with Motion Amplification® videos viewable from the cloud.
VIDEO ANNOTATIONS： Add text, shape, annotations, and company logo overlays with export to video.
LIVE MOTION AMPLIFICATION®： Apply amplification before acquiring a recording. Scan assets instantly to see motion in real time.
TIME WAVEFORMS, SPECTRA, AND ORBITS： Unlimited number of regions can be drawn in the video to measure displacement. All measurements are simultaneous.
STABILIZATION： Entire frame and region based image stabilization.
DATA EXPORT： Export waveform, spectra, orbits, and object paths to .csv file.
STORAGE： 90 minutes worth of HD video stored per camera. Extract video from any time in the last 90 minutes.
TRANSIENT MOTION AMPLIFICATION®： See Motion Amplification® of small motions as an object moves through the scene.
TRANSIENT PATH PLOT： Show the path of an object in the video as well as in the plot.
