Currently, our factory is equipped with high-speed precision cold forging production lines, including 1-die 2-blow and 6-die 6-blow equipment, along with specialized precision forming machines. These machines can produce fasteners with a diameter of over 3mm. The high-capacity production lines offer customers the benefits of flexible and diverse rapid development and production.

Comprehensive Quality Control

Our quality control laboratory is equipped with a full range of testing instruments, including 3D measuring instruments, video microscopes, universal material testing machines, torque testing machines, and salt spray testing machines. These are used to test the dimensions, mechanical strength, appearance, and aging of materials, initial products, or sample products.

Every fastener product must pass various stringent reliability tests before shipment to ensure the product performs with the highest stability and quality.

Rivet Nuts (Rivet Nut)

A rivet nut, also known as a blind rivet nut, is a nut with riveting capabilities.

Rivet nuts are designed with strong, vibration-resistant threads, suitable for thin metals and capable of joining two or more different materials (such as iron, aluminum, wood, and plastic) with screws. The countersunk design ensures a flat and smooth installation surface, preventing damage to the object's surface.

Compared to general fasteners, rivet nuts provide high torque and strong threads, making installation both quick and convenient.

Special Rivet Nuts

• Slotted Rivet Nut - Expansion Type: With high pull-out strength, high torque, and a wide range of panel thicknesses, it can firmly secure objects even on uneven surfaces. It's easy to install and won't deform or damage soft plastics or thin metal sheets. After riveting, the slotted rivet nut folds to form four legs that tightly grip the underside of the installed object, creating a permanent, strong internal thread with a large clamping area and excellent pull-out strength, making it difficult to fall off. It is specifically designed for installing soft and brittle materials, thin metal sheets, plastic materials, and composite materials.
• Blind Rivet Nut: It has a shorter length than general rivet nuts and is suitable for narrow spaces, with the head also able to lie flush against the base material.
• Screw Rivet Nut: Easy and quick to install, providing higher torque and stronger threads compared to other rivet nuts. It doesn't require welding, reducing assembly time and increasing production, while ensuring a firm installation that won't loosen due to external vibrations.

Rivets (Rivet)

A rivet is a mechanical fastener used to permanently fix workpieces together.

Rivets can tightly join two objects, available in various styles (round head, salad head, and large flange) for selection. They are easy and quick to install on lightweight and anti-theft objects. Rivets are generally more cost-effective than bolts and nuts.

Insert Nuts & Self-Clinch Screws

Insert fasteners can be installed under any parallel force, offering high pull-out and high torque strength. They don't require chamfering or deburring for special drilling. After installation, the other side of the metal sheet remains flat, with no need for repeated tapping, thus lowering installation costs and enhancing competitiveness.
