There are two common dolly carts:

• Platform Dolly

Material: High Impact plastic, durable, strong and resistant to corrosion. Special design on platform to prevent from deformation. 3 inch TPR caster—good elastic and wear resistance.

• Stainless Steel Dolly Cart

Material: Welded by 3.0 mm Stainless Steel plate, with the features of anti-corrosion, environmental resistance and good durability. Available in open type and full closure type. 3 inch Stainless Steel caster. Wheel Material selections: Rubber/ Nylon/ PU/ Phenolic/ TPR.

The common wheel materials are listed below:

Elastic Rubber

- High elasticity, excelling in load bearing, wear resistances.

- Be easily moved in any uneven surface.

- Not recommended used in any oily place.

Nylon

- Excellent resistances against moisture, wear, and corrosion.

- Light in weight and good durability.

- Easy to make sounds when walking on the rough ground.

Polyurethane

- Aluminum Core makes it more stable, stronger and durable than TPU.

- Non-marking, offer great floor protection.

- Casting Polyurethane can’t be hydrolyzed.

Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU)

- Injection PU with plastic rim.

- Will be hydrolyzed as time went by.

- Add plastic cover for prevent the dust.

Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR)

- Quite rolling and shock absorbing to protect floor.

- Excellent choice for medical equipment, laboratory and kitchen facilities.

- Not recommended used in rugged floor and any oily place.
