Solution 1: 3D Vision Scanning Robot

The Elite CS66 collaborative robot is compact, offers high repeatability, and is flexible to deploy. Paired with the Shinning 3D camera, it can achieve high-precision, high-efficiency scanning, capturing detailed workpiece features even on complex surfaces. The 3D scanning data can be output in real-time, efficiently meeting various workpiece scanning needs, significantly improving scanning accuracy and efficiency, and satisfying the rigid requirements for object scanning and modeling. This solution is suitable for automated 3D scanning and modeling scenarios of products/parts across various industries.

Solution 2: Trajectory Twin Robot

Connecting with RoboDK and paired with Tracker, Elite robots uses LIDAR guidance for dynamic capture and mathematical modeling to accurately obtain the robot's position and posture, generating robot trajectory tasks. With this solution, operators can quickly verify and adjust the collaborative robot parameters without programming the robot's trajectory on the teach pendant, ensuring precise task execution by the robot. This enhances collaboration between humans and robots in various real-world environments, achieving safer and more efficient human-robot interactions.

Solution 3: Flexible Force Control Collaborative Robot

The Elite force control collaborative robot integrates a self-developed six-axis force sensor at the tool end, offering more sensitive force feedback. This improves the accuracy of force/torque detection under acceleration, deceleration, and vibration conditions. The robot can be dragged with just 1~2N of external force, easily reaching the desired position point regardless of the weight of the tool, reducing the teaching workload and lowering the robot usage threshold, facilitating rapid application development. The CS66F offers a force/torque range of 150N and 10Nm, with a comprehensive accuracy of 2% and precision of 0.5%. Its collision detection sensitivity is better than 3N under full load, and it has an overload capacity of over 400%. Combined with complete force control commands and process packages, it significantly improves the accuracy and effectiveness of functions such as drag teaching, collision detection, load identification, assembly inspection, and polishing. It can perform precise operations on complex surfaces such as grinding and polishing, suitable for industries like 3C electronics, medical, semiconductor, and new energy.
