To meet the growing demand for a stable supply of high-purity hydrogen in advanced industries, ORION has launched the new PGH series Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Generators. These generators feature high purity, low dew point, safety, and intelligent operation, making them ideal for use in analytical instruments, fuel cells, and laboratory research.

The PGH series adopts PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) electrolysis technology, enabling stable hydrogen production with purity up to 99.999%. With the integration of gas-liquid separation and an adsorption dryer, the system ensures a dew point below -50°C, delivering dry and stable hydrogen quality. Output pressure is kept below 1 MPa, eliminating the need for high-pressure cylinders or storage cabinets, significantly reducing installation costs and the barrier to usage.

To ensure safe operation, the unit is equipped with multiple safety features such as gas backflow detection, desiccant replacement alerts, water level abnormalities, and internal hydrogen leak detection. The desiccant module is front-accessible, allowing easy maintenance and replacement to enhance service efficiency.

The user interface has also been significantly upgraded. The standard models, PGH05A-G1/G2, come with a 7-segment display and status indicators. The advanced model, PGH05A-HS, features an LCD touch panel that provides real-time data on hydrogen purity, pressure, and dew point trends. It also includes an error message display, making operation intuitive and user-friendly.
