這系列是最廣用的壓電運動平台，提供高精度與行程的不同解決方案，小型的交叉滾柱滑軌的設計，提供了絕佳的剛性與高承載量(>20 N(垂直負載))。專利的多相位壓電致動子提供高速度(> 2 mm/s)與高維持力(> 2 N)。PPS-20系列可以搭配開迴路或者光學尺的閉迴路組合，閉迴路光學尺解析度可達到2 nm，並可允許真空度達10-9 mbar，以及低溫77 Kelvin環境使用。此系列需搭配MMC-100或MMC-110系列控制器使用。
