KITOV K-BOX unit is a ready-to-use Visual Inspection controller and optical head that can be easily connected to virtually any robot unit. The K-BOX unit enables machine vision and automation Integrators to quickly implement a variety of inspection solutions that can adjust to different size objects and/or speed requirements. K-BOX works equally well with traditional industrial robots or collaborative robots (co-bots). The K-BOX comes with Kitov Software that includes automated lighting control, AI, 2D/3D imaging, and intelligent robotic planning. Kitov’s CAD2SCAN capability makes it easy to set a new inspection plan from either CAD files or 3D object scans.
