Welding Studs and Welding Barrel Nuts are fasteners designed for one-sided welding to metal surfaces using arc or friction welding processes. The non-threaded end is welded to the substrate, while the threaded end remains exposed for subsequent assembly .

🛠 Installation Method
Position the stud or barrel nut on the workpiece.
Weld it in place using drawn-arc, capacitor-discharge, or friction stud welding.
Once welded, the unit is ready for bolt insertion and post-assembly fastening
