Skeye Machinery|Ball Screw Support Bearings Series Overview
Ball screw support bearings are essential components in precision transmission systems such as machine tools, semiconductor equipment, and automation machinery. Depending on their structure and application, they are categorized into the following series:
76 / BS Series – Single-Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
This series includes models like 7602, 7603, and BS. With a contact angle of 60°, they are designed to withstand large axial loads in one direction and moderate radial loads. These bearings feature high-speed capability, low friction torque, and high running accuracy. They are commonly installed in pairs and ideal for high-precision positioning applications.
ZKLF Series – Thrust Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Designed for ball screw drive systems, ZKLF bearings support both radial and axial loads. Available in versions with or without mounting holes, they can be directly fastened to adjacent structures, eliminating the need for housing or locating covers. This makes them a cost-effective and easy-to-install solution. Various precision grades are available to suit a range of application requirements.
ZARN Series – Needle/Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings
This series adopts a hybrid structure combining a thick-walled needle roller bearing and two rows of thrust cylindrical roller bearings. It offers high rigidity and can support radial loads, axial loads in both directions, and overturning moments. Axial runout accuracy can reach up to 1μm, making it ideal for high-precision, high-load, and high-efficiency machining applications. Available in both bolt-on and non-bolt-on types.
ZARF Series – Needle/Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Structurally similar to the ZARN series, ZARF bearings combine needle rollers with two rows of thrust cylindrical rollers, providing excellent load capacity and rigidity. Depending on the outer ring design, they are available in bolt-on and non-bolt-on types. These bearings are widely used in ball screw support positions of high-precision machine tools.
