Proprietary MALS™ Technology: Real-Time Focus Adjustment
A zoom lens system made up of thousands of 100×100µm elements, each capable of independent 3-axis motion, instantly generates full DoF images.
Based on 2D image information, it can reconstruct 3D images in real time and output measurement data.

World’s Only TDI Line Scan with Depth Composition
When paired with a TDI camera, MALS™ enables depth-composed images from multiple regions during the time it takes to scan just 256 pixels in width.
Concept: For each target area, multiple focus-layer images are composed into one high-resolution result
Only one scan is required to capture multiple deep-focused images from different regions

Semi-Custom System Easily Integrated into Existing AOI Solutions
