Characteristic

Principle of seamless chemical resistant and high-temperature resistant hard pipe connection
1. PP, PVDF, PFA, PTFE are all available.
2. Specially designed Teflon sealing ring forms a complete seal, which is very suitable for corrosive liquids and gases.
3. PEEK material tube cutting ring, most suitable for hard pipes.
4. The thread gauge is manufactured according to DIN, USAS, JIS specifications.
5. The hexagonal plate is manufactured according to DIN specifications.
6. The flow is completely non-lost. Push the pipe into the inner edge of the connector, the Teflon sealing ring ensures no leakage,
the PEEK material cutting ring ensures that the pipe is tightly locked in the connector,and then tightened with a hexagonal screw to ensure that it will not fall off. The tighter the nut is locked, the tighter the pipe will be locked by the cutting ring,
the flow is completely non-lost, and there is no residual liquid (no dead volume) in the connector.
